Reuben Geniesse, MA

Founder & President

Reuben is responsible for individual, family and business coaching.  With over 35 years of experience as a Master's degreed clinical psychotherapist/Life Coach and a business entrepreneur, Reuben has developed a proven style of coaching that achieves successful outcomes for his clients.  He emphasizes the importance of establishing a trusting and meaningful relationship so he and his client can form a bond that propels them towards success.  Reuben has a keen and sensitive awareness of problems and quickly develops a strategic course of action to solve these problems.  By meeting with Reuben on a ZOOM call, specific strategies and goal setting techniques can be explored together and assigned homework will keep the relationship experience moving forward and at a rapid pace.  Reuben is not interested in meeting with you once a week and talking blah, blah, blah, but to develop a working relationship in which he becomes someone similar to your personal trainer and assists you with day to day changes.  Constant emailing and texting throughout the day can be an accelerated way of making sustainable and empowering changes in your life.  If you are motivated for change, Reuben will assist you in developing a plan that will prove to be life-changing and at an accelerated timeframe. 

Reuben is an American living in Europe since 2016.  In 2021, Reuben and his family moved from Germany to Madeira Island (Portugal) to create a Youth Development Project.  Reuben speaks and writes in English (although he is learning German and Portuguese).
